The off-plan residential complex Creek Waters is a new high-rise multi-family house under construction in the Dubai Creek Harbour district, in a prime location a few minutes’ walk from a large park with an amphitheatre and near a sprawling waterfront promenade along the Dubai Creek Harbour.
The building will consist of:

Buyers of off-plan properties in Creek Waters are entitled to an interest-free instalment plan, under which the customer pays 10% of the total value as a reservation, then transfers 80% in instalments during the construction, and the remaining 10%, after commissioning.
